When I walked in everyone treated me kindly and they were very professional. I was assisted at the front door by Rita and she was professional, pleasant, and made me feel welcomed. I arrived there shortly after 6:00 on June 26, 2023. Upon arrival I was greeted by Zubi at the front desk. She was pleasant and professional and the registration process was quick and easy. I waited only a few minutes before being met by Nicole who led me to an examination room. She took my vitals and asked me questions in regards to my past medical history and why I was there this evening. She too was professional and pleasant.Next and finally I saw Randi who is a nurse practitoner. I explained to her my illness/symptoms. She was patient to listen and took time to explain her diagnosis and the subsequent treatment. She too was professional, pleasant and friendly. After diagnosing me she sent a prescription electronically to my pharmacy.From the areas of the facility that I could see everything was clean and neat. Just as a medical facility should be.From the time I arrived to discharge was less than 1 hour. Fortunately I am not often in need of urgent medical attention but if I am again in the future I will definitely return to VCare based on my first experience and recommend them to others .

I am thankful that i found this place when i needed it urgently. One week back i went there with severe stomach pain from food poisoning, was unable to sit. So they didn't waste a time though it was just opened at 8am sharp, they provided me bed to lie down, even when i needed my husband for help, the lady of front desk kept my toddler to herself. The treatment was started fast and got relieved from that terrific pain and nausea. Strongly recommend this place whomsoever need it.

The staff was helpful and polite. The wait was less than 10 minutes; and the Doctor had a great bedside manner. He diagnosed and cured me in one visit. I was required to take a COVID PCR test within 24 hours of travel. I got an appointment for a swab the day before without any issues. The swab was taken for my wife the next morning. My wife had a negative result but mine was inconclusive. I got a call from the facility in the evening saying that I would need to provide another sample and since the travel was the next evening, they would make special arrangement to have a facility open after hours for taking a sample. This sample produced a negative result, and I was able to upload all the reports to the Airline site well in time for travel. Without the quick action and customer service of the staff I would probably have missed my flight. I highly recommend this facility.
