My husband had a painful issue with a swollen elbow/arm that brought us here today for a visit without an appointment. We waited about 40minutes before getting taken to an exam room. A very pleasant young man (wish I got his name) came in after my husbands vitals were taken and he Was Wonderful!! He listened and addressed all my husbands concerns, explained his diagnosis and treatment throughly. Even asked the advice of his supervising Dr Via FaceTime. We left there feeling heard and confident with what we were told. He truly seemed like he cared for his patient. We will definitely be using this Urgent Care again if the need arises. I only wish they’d go back to taking our insurance. Todays visit was $125.

It was urgent for me to get an appointment because I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, had symptoms and wasn’t given any medication from the doctor I saw on Church Street. Dr. Sivakumar sat me down and explained my condition to me. She was extremely patient, informative and I was finally at ease because she explained to me what needed to be done and the treatment plan she was giving me. I am glad that we have this good facility in our community. Highly reliable and easy to meet, connect with doctors for urgent need or even the usual flu, cold issues. I have three kids and have been here over the past two years for different issues of varying degrees Ex. sudden swelling in feet, puss formation in toe, cuts , temperatures with flu symptoms etc. Staff listens to the issue clearly and the doctors and physician assistants provide clear explanation for their treatment. Specifically, Physician Assistant Matt is great, friendly with kids, provides the needed guidance to parents etc. Dr. Sivakumar is very thorough, takes second opinion if needed and she is very transparent with her approach. I find it difficult to get appointment or drive to our pediatrician or general practitioner. This urgent care has been working out very well for us.

I started to have pain from a blister on my toe after a long day at work yesterday. Within hours my toe started to swell, and the pain was horrific. This morning the pain was so bad I could not even put pressure on my foot. I made an appointment online at V Care from the minute, I walked in I felt comfortable, and was immediately taken care of. The entire group from the front desk to finally meeting Dr. Matthew Rosenblum was the most comforting experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Rosenblum was extremely thorough, incredibly compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. The office is impeccably, clean, and sanitary. He numbed my toe with two shots in my toe and then proceeded to cut out the infection. I can honestly tell you if I had to go through this experience anywhere else I would have had a panic attack. I can’t recommend this office enough. They made a horrible experience, the best it could’ve possibly been. I am pain free tonight because of this extremely professional group. I arrived there shortly after 6:00 on June 26, 2023. Upon arrival I was greeted by Zubi at the front desk. She was pleasant and professional and the registration process was quick and easy. I waited only a few minutes before being met by Nicole who led me to an examination room. She took my vitals and asked me questions in regards to my past medical history and why I was there this evening. She too was professional and pleasant.Next and finally I saw Randi who is a nurse practitoner. I explained to her my illness/symptoms. She was patient to listen and took time to explain her diagnosis and the subsequent treatment. She too was professional, pleasant and friendly. After diagnosing me she sent a prescription electronically to my pharmacy.From the areas of the facility that I could see everything was clean and neat. Just as a medical facility should be.From the time I arrived to discharge was less than 1 hour. Fortunately I am not often in need of urgent medical attention but if I am again in the future I will definitely return to VCare based on my first experience and recommend them to others .
